The Accounting Assistant is responsible for providing support to the head of the accounting in accordance with the company policies and procedures most specially in doing exceptional work in the collection of delinquent accounts, maintains client’s records, prepares follow-up.

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk (an advantage) but new graduates are welcome to apply
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Aries)
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

The Project Engineer is responsible for the general supervision of the project according to the plans/ specifications and company policies. He/she will ensure that all projects meet agreed specifications, budgets, and timelines.

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering (preferably licensed)
  • Knowledgeable in AUTOCAD and MS PROJECT
  • Experience in Estimation is a must
  • Must have good time management skills, analytical, and has thorough organizational and presentation skills
  • Should have effective leadership capability
  • Able to multi-task and can work independently with minimal supervision

  • Adheres to general work safety standards and promotes a safety culture
  • Prepare and maintain all documentation and document control associated with a project in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Responsible for determining project schedule by studying the project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing the projects (work schedule)
  • Conducts daily quality inspection and directs contractor/contractor’s representative to ensure correct execution of architecture, certify quality workmanship according to the design and specifications and achieve completion of the project within the schedule and budget
  • Assists in evaluating and controlling project requirements in terms of material requests as well as daily accomplishments to accurately generate progress billings of contractors and change/job orders
  • Facilitates and participates in project status and coordination meetings, prepares agenda manage that all items are discussed, document and communicates minutes of the meeting

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing the Operations Team from Pre-construction, construction, and Post-construction stages and ensuring that the project is within the approved budget, delivered on time, and completed with the highest possible quality standards.

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture (preferably licensed)-Proven experience in construction/project management but young and highly competent applicants can be considered
  • A highly motivated individual who can plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Adept in construction methodologies and procedures
  • Analytical and with excellent organization skills
  • Familiarity with quality, health, and safety standards
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule of works to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Facilitate and supervise the conceptualization and completion of all working drawings for housing and subdivision plans based on management direction, building codes, and minimum standards set by government agencies and local ordinance
  • Prepare and manage costing of projects through accurate bill of materials and be able to propose selling price for profitability and competitiveness
  • Responsible for the preparation, implementation, completion of various work stages related to the construction of assigned Project
  • Evaluates progress billings of different contractors and change/job orders
  • Responsible for accurate submission of weekly, monthly, including periodic Percentage of Completion (POC) required for documentation and accounting reports.
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors and partners to reach profitable agreements

The Documentation and Compliance Officer is responsible for the preparation, submission, and coordination of all required permits to all government agencies and is responsible for providing administrative services and support from preparation, filing, and safekeeping of all buyer’s documents.

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Has in-depth knowledge of government agencies
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • With good interpersonal skills and a pleasing personality
  • With a professional driver’s license (can drive both manual/automatic)
  • Willing to work from Mon-Sat 8am-5pm at Pasong Buaya II, Imus, Cavite


  • Preparation and submission of all required permits (Barangay, Zoning, Mayor, Building, Fire Safety, Occupancy permits etc.)
  • Assist in the preparation of Transfer of Titles
  • Provide assistance in transferring of Tax Declaration of all projects
  • Assist in requesting TIN verification of Buyer
  • Assist in the payment of Realty Property Tax of Buyer


  • Assist buyers in all documents for signing
  • Act as an alternate of Documentation Officer
  • Provide clerical support in all required folders for Credit Investigation, Notice of Approval, House Inspection, House Inspection etc.)
  • Performs related tasks that may be assigned by the management

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible in providing support in Sales and Marketing group before, during and after sales. He/She will help liaise all after sales requirement to documentations team.

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Preferably with Professional Driver’s License
  • Familiar with Facebook Marketing and other Digital Platforms
  • Proficient in oral and written communication
  • Highly organized and keen on details
  • People-person with pleasing personality
  • Provides assistance to the Sales and Marketing department in all phases of sales
  • Prepares all sales & marketing materials, forms/docs for new sales (e.g. sales map, updated pricelist etc.)
  • Regular monitoring and update of all corporate social networking sites (SNS)
  • Ensures compliance with standard requirements for reservation prior to booking the sale (e.g. qualify buyers)
  • Provides high customer service and coordinate all sales and marketing schedule to all partners and clients
  • Prepares transmittals, receives payment from clients, and reports irregularities to the head office
  • Update sales in the system. Generate and submit daily, monthly, and annual reports on sales production and marketing materials monitoring
  • Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
